The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential (“IAHP”) presents in-person courses for parents in Philadelphia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Russia and Australia to learn how to help their brain-injured children at home.

To expand the opportunity for parents of brain-injured children to learn how to help their children at home, IAHP has begun to offer online courses and programs to provide parents with lectures about brain growth and development, how to evaluate their child neurologically, intellectual development, physical development, physiological development, reading programs, mobility programs, nutritional and liquid balance programs (the “Online Programs”). IAHP does not guarantee that the information contained within the Online Programs is up-to-date, complete and accurate, and individuals assume any risks associated with relying upon such information.  While remote learning through the Online Programs will afford parents of brain-injured children to discover ways to help their children, in-person education allows for contemporaneous interaction between the program leader/lecturer and the attending parents that is difficult to implement with the Online Program.  As a result, there is no assurance that the intended information will be properly conveyed through the Online Program or, if properly conveyed, will be understood as intended.  

IAHP does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the consent of the Online Programs or any information or goods that are available or advertised or sold through IAHP. 

Physical or physiological home-based procedures to be administered to a brain-injured child learned through the Online Program will not be effective for all brain-injured children.  There is no assurance that physical or physiological home-based procedures to be administered to a brain-injured child learned through the Online Program produce any improvement for any brain-injured child.  The material included in the Online Programs is not intended to present the only, or necessarily best, methods or procedures for the medical situations addressed, but rather is intended to represent an approach, view, statement or opinion.  By participating in the Online Program, you release and discharge IAHP, as well as all of its officers, directors, employees and consultants from any claim or cause of action or demand of any kind arising from, relating to or in connection with the Online Programs.

We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the online materials that we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 8 hours from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
Download issues: It may happen that you are having problems while downloading content. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the material with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.
Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 30 days.
Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 1 day from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are available for evaluation purpose at our free membership level (email verification is required).
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) or hardware platforms. We don’t guarantee that our products are compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
